Fit Fanatic is for the person who loves working out 5 – 6 times a week. On that seventh day you are most likely going on a long walk or doing yoga, you don’t like to sit still and staying in tip top shape is the only way you know how to train. The trainers and managers at the gym know you by name since you are there for more time than you are at home. You don’t want to be in the gym classes, you want to be moving at your own pace on the gym floor. You have a long history of exercising and are accustomed to setting goals, participating in races and are very familiar with the different equipment at the gym.
